Learning & Development

We run a range of learning & development programs for our people. Programs range from our management development programs, such as Foundations of Management and Management Masterclass courses, to on the job traineeships in a range of areas such as Surface Extraction, Business Administration, and Processing.

We also offer mentorship and coaching training for supervisors, a Shift Trainer initiative and OHS and Occupational Hygiene training.

Most importantly, we provide training in specific job related competencies for all roles across our organisation.

CONTRACTOR INDUCTIONS (**available late September**)

Contractors who are mobilising to our operations will need to complete inductions relevant to the area they will be working.  Contracting Company Administrators or the CPM Employee engaging contractors will provide you the information required to create your account in SinoSKILLS (Link). A Quick Reference Guide for contractors on how to manage/create an account is available (Link)along with a FAQ (Link).


If you are accessing our operations as either a Delivery Driver or Service Provider you will need to complete our induction from this link.  Once you have completed the course add your name and then print out or take a photo of the certificate of completion.  This will be required at the front gate before access can be granted.

VISITORS (**late September**)

If you have been invited to our site as a Visitor, i.e. not carrying out any paid work, by a CPM employee then you will need to complete the CPM Visitors Induction available here Once you have completed the course add your name and then to print or take a photo of the certificate of completion which your site escort will need to produce at the front gate in order to gain access.
