The Sino Iron project was showcased during November to a top level delegation from China including members of the China Development Bank, China Banking Regulatory Commission, CITIC Group and CITIC Pacific.
The VIPs spent three days touring the project site and Perth office, gaining a first-hand look at latest progress as well as future plans.
Earlier in the month, numerous WA journalists were left impressed by the project's scale when they visited site as part of a combined Chamber of Minerals and Energy / Australian Petroleum Production & Exploration Association media tour.
In early December, Parliamentary Secretary for Western and Northern Australia Gary Gray visited site and September saw a visit by Mines and Petroleum Minister and Mining and Pastoral Region MLC Norman Moore and his staff.
